Most people only purchase a few properties in their lifetime, and it can be easy for them to miss important issues. I take care of all property due diligence for my clients, including liasing with pest and build inspectors, solicitors and conveyancers, mortgage brokers and anyone else involved in the purchase. A detailed property due diligence report is produced for each short-listed property, along with pricing analysis.
