Knowing what to buy and how much to pay for a property is crucial. It's easy to over pay for property in Sydney. Whether I'm negotiating an off-market deal, looking at purchasing something pre-auction, or bidding at an auction for a client, finding value and ensuring a client doesn't overpay for a property is one of my top priorities.

As opposed to some buyer's agents who buy properties all across Sydney (or Australia), I focus my efforts on the Inner West. By knowing the market inside and out, I'm able to move quickly to help my clients find the property they're looking for. Often I see people waste time focusing on properties or areas that won't suit them. Really knowing what makes a perfect property for my clients allows me to focus only on properties that will be a great fit for them, and helps save them time (and stress).
Avoid costly mistakes
Most people only purchase a few properties in their lifetime, and it can be easy for them to miss important issues. I take care of all property due diligence for my clients, including liasing with pest and build inspectors, solicitors and conveyancers, mortgage brokers and anyone else involved in the purchase. A detailed property due diligence report is produced for each short-listed property, along with pricing analysis.
